⇁ His eyes remain blue, but his pupils turn into horizontal slits with a thin film that acts like a third eyelid, similar to the ones reptiles have. ⇁ His skin will be covered in blue rings that always have a glow to them, brighter when touched and are very sensitive. They also change color based on how he's feeling. Scared, angry, happy, """""happy"""""". The skin on his arms and legs will turn into a greyish blue, and gills will appear along his rib cage. ⇁ His hands and feet will become webbed, and his nails will grow sharp and turn dark. His ears will look more like fins, pointed back and bigger. ⇁ Secretes a slimy substance all over his body when he hasn't hydrated his skin enough, so spending too many hours out and about without any water will result in him turning all slimy. But that's not enough. If he doesn't go and find water he'll begin to feel weaker. ⇁ Almost always thirsty, has to increase his water intake or he'll get sick.

⇁ More prone to hiding when he feels threatened, prefering clever escapes and evasiveness over brute force unless really cornered. He'll have to fight himself to be more confrontational from a physical perspective. ⇁ Prefers to be in the water, will start to grow overly anxious the longer he spends in a dry place. ⇁ POWER ⇁ Ink secretion. When threatened, Scott can just spew ink that gets really sticky and burns a tiny bit if it gets in the eyes. Mostly happens involuntarily. Sorry in advance for the mess. ⇁ He can swap his legs for tentacles and switch between the two. This works by basically growing tentacles from his body as his legs just turn into them when he wants an octobody, then reverse it when he wants to walk on two legs. ⇁ Camouflage, so when he's embarrassed and wants to sink into the background he can literally do that by changing his patterns to mimic a wall or a bush or something. ⇁ POWER
